2) Complete your medical forms

Complete the patient intake forms emailed to you before your virtual appointment.

3) Download the app

Download and install the app on your smart-phone or tablet device

4) Attend your virtual appointment

Log-in to the app to connect with a physician or nurse through secure video conferencing on the designated day and time of your appointment

5) Get your prescription

A physician or nurse will determine if medical cannabis is a suitable treatment option for you and issue a prescription accordingly.

6) Receive your treatment plan

A patient care specialist will place you on a personalized treatment plan and answer any questions you may have.

7) Place your first order

Your patient care specialist will help you register and place your first order with a licensed producer. Note: you will be placing your order directly with a Health Canada licensed producer (and not using our app)

8) Receive your first cannabis order

Your first cannabis order will be mailed directly to your door within 2-3 business days. Note: you will receive your order directly from a Health Canada licensed producer (and not Apollo).

9) Receive ongoing support

Our dedicated team of Patient Care Specialists is available seven days a week via phone, email, or chat to answer any questions you may have.

10) Attend your follow-up appointment

Meet with one of our physicians or nurses three months after your initial appointment to ensure your medical cannabis treatment is working as desired.
